In regards to DOA (Dead on Arrival) we will replace the effected livestock free of charge. We stand behind our livestock, plants, and shipping methods, so we do not require you to re-pay shipping. In this rare occasion please send clear photos or videos of the effected livestock in their shipping bags within 24 hours of delivery to raesaquatics@gmail.com
